The 16.75 inch carbon-fiber wrapped bull barrel is free-floated for consistency and fitted with a radial-ported muzzle brake to help manage muzzle movement. Chambered in .17 HMR, it is set up without iron sights for a clean top profile.
The blowback action is configured for right-side ejection and features a right-side extended, knurled charging handle for positive control. A cross-bolt safety provides a straightforward control layout.
The black Hogue OverMolded synthetic stock offers a textured grip and forend, a straight comb, and a Hogue-marked recoil pad. Front and rear sling-swivel studs are installed for easy sling attachment.
The receiver is finished in black and marked Volquartsen with the Carroll, IA location. A scope mount/rail is present, and the rifle uses a detachable-magazine well (no magazine included).
