The Springfield Armory 1911 DS Prodigy AOS is a full-size, double-stack 9mm built on a forged carbon-steel frame and slide with a black Cerakote finish. It features the Agency Optic System (AOS) plate interface with an integral rear sight, a 5 in match-grade bushingless bull barrel, and a full-length 1913 accessory rail. This example includes both 20- and 17-round magazines and retains a clean, shiny bore.

Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Rifling: Excellent - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: The pistol is in great shape overall. There are visible scratches and blemishes on exterior surfaces. The grips show blemishes. There is adhesive seeping from underneath the optic mount. The bore is clean and shiny.

The Prodigy AOS uses forged carbon steel for both the slide and receiver, finished in black Cerakote for durability. A textured polymer wide-body grip module and an extended, flared magazine well support fast, confident handling with double-stack magazines.
Its 5 in forged stainless steel, match-grade bull barrel is bushingless and capped with a recessed crown. A full-length guide rod complements the setup for consistent cycling. The ejection port is lowered and flared, and the slide carries diagonal front and rear cocking serrations for positive manipulation.
The Agency Optic System provides a plate-based, interchangeable red-dot interface with an integral rear sight. Sight alignment out of the box is a green fiber-optic front blade paired with a two-dot rear built into the AOS plate.
Controls include a single-action system with a lightened three-hole trigger, ambidextrous thumb safety, and a beavertail grip safety with a memory bump. A skeletonized hammer, full-length 1913 accessory rail on the dustcover, and the full-size format complete the feature set. Made in the USA.
