The Havak action uses a 4-lug, 90-degree right-hand bolt with a spiral-fluted bolt body for smooth cycling and reduced mass. The receiver is marked "HAVAK" and "SEEKINS PRECISION" with "LEWISTON ID," underscoring its U.S. manufacture. An installed scope rail provides a solid base for mounting optics.
The 24-inch stainless steel barrel is spiral-fluted, free-floated, and threaded at the muzzle. A thread protector is included. The 1:8 twist is well-matched to the 6.5 Creedmoor chambering, and the barrel is clearly marked "6.5 CREED."
The carbon-composite Shadow stock features a multi-tone gray/tan/black finish with a near-vertical grip, raised comb, and molded texture for consistent control.
