This DPMS Mod. A-15 is a Huntsville-marked, AR-15–pattern carbine chambered in 5.56 NATO, set up with a carbine-length drop-in quad-rail, flip-up sights, and a 16 inch barrel with an A2 flash suppressor. It comes with a Bushnell 1x20 red-dot sight installed on a Picatinny riser and includes three 30-round magazines. The lower receiver carries "HUNTSVILLE, AL USA" and "CAL. MULTI" markings consistent with the 2014–2019 production period.

Built on the AR-15 platform, this DPMS Mod. A-15 uses a direct-impingement system and features a flat-top A3 upper with a forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover. The lower receiver is marked "HUNTSVILLE, AL USA" and "CAL. MULTI," with a 2D matrix code, aligning with the Remington/Huntsville production era from 2014 to 2019; the upper receiver does not bear these markings.
The carbine-length, two-piece drop-in quad-rail handguard provides four Picatinny rails with numbered positions and is retained by a delta ring. A railed gas block supports a flip-up front sight, and the 16 inch barrel terminates in a standard A2 birdcage flash suppressor on a threaded muzzle.
Sighting equipment includes flip-up iron sights (front on the railed gas block, rear on the receiver rail) and a Bushnell 1x20 red-dot sight mounted on a Picatinny riser. The optic offers 1x magnification with a red reticle and a 20 mm objective lens.
Furniture consists of a DPMS-branded 6-position collapsible carbine stock (often referred to as the Pardus stock) and an A2 pistol grip. The rifle feeds from detachable STANAG-pattern magazines and has a 30+1 capacity, with three 30-round magazines included.
