Two barrels use RemChoke removable tubes (28 in and 26 in), while two are fixed choke (30 in Full and 20 in Improved Cylinder). Rollmarked guidance on each barrel details shell-length and receiver compatibility, including use with Magnum and Super Magnum 870 receivers. All barrels are carbon steel with blued finishes, and the vent ribs feature serrated tops to reduce glare.

Specific Condition Notes: There is mild pitting, scuffing, and fouling present across all barrels. The 28 inch barrel is missing a detent in the hanger.

This set spans four useful lengths: 30 in, 28 in, 26 in, and 20 in. The 30 in barrel is a fixed Full choke, while the 20 in smoothbore uses a fixed Improved Cylinder choke with a ramped rifle front sight for clear aiming on a plain barrel. The 28 in and 26 in barrels are RemChoke threaded for removable choke tubes, offering flexible pattern control.
Vent-rib barrels carry bead front sights and serrated rib tops to reduce glare. Three barrels retain the standard 870 barrel guide/magazine ring for correct fitment to compatible 12-gauge Model 870 receivers; one vent-rib barrel (rollmarked "12 GA FOR 2 3/4 OR SHORTER SHELLS") is missing the ring.
Factory rollmarks on the shanks specify shell-length and receiver compatibility, including 2 3/4 in only, 2 3/4 or 3 in for Magnum receivers, 2 3/4 and 3 in, and 3 1/2 in only with Super Magnum receivers. Follow the individual rollmarks to match barrels with the correct receiver type and ammunition length.
