The Bond Arms Rowdy from the Rough Series is a compact, over/under derringer built from 400-series stainless steel with a matte bead-blasted "rough" finish. The Rowdy is a true over/under derringer with a break-open action and a top-mounted, serrated barrel latch for straightforward loading and unloading. It features a 3-inch barrel chambered for .45 Colt and is configured to accept .410 2.5-inch shells only with this barrel.
Construction is all 400-series stainless steel for the barrel, frame, and receiver, finished in a matte bead-blasted "rough" stainless texture. Black rubber grip panels with a molded star medallion provide a secure hold, and the removable trigger guard is installed.
Operation is single-action with an exposed, rebounding hammer and a cross-bolt safety. The fixed ramped front blade and fixed rear notch deliver a simple, consistent sight picture.
This Rough Series model is compatible with Bond Arms interchangeable barrels from 2.5 to 6 inches, allowing caliber and length changes within the Bond Arms system. It is manufactured in Granbury, Texas, USA.
