The Slugster configuration centers on a 24 in fully rifled barrel paired with rifle sights for precise sight alignment. The front is a ramped blade with a red/orange insert, and the rear is an adjustable open sight. The receiver is factory drilled and tapped and currently fitted with filler screws.
Built on the 500A platform, this pump-action shotgun is chambered for 2 3/4 in and 3 in shells and has a 5+1 capacity with a standard flush-length magazine tube. The barrel and magazine tube are blued steel, and the receiver is aluminum alloy with a black anodized finish.
The hardwood stock and forend have a gloss finish. The stock includes a pistol-grip profile, checkering, a ventilated recoil pad with a white-line spacer, and a rear sling swivel stud. Length of pull is 14 in.
Manufactured in the United States, this example carries the North Haven, Connecticut rollmark. It retains the factory configuration noted above and is set up with the included tooled leather sling.
