It features the Pro DS system with striker-fired SA/DA operation and restrike capability, plus a full suite of safety features. Marked "MADE IN BRAZIL" and imported by Taurus International Mfg. in Miami, this example includes both a 15‑round and an 11‑round magazine.

The PT 24/7 Pro C DS combines compact dimensions with .40 S&W chambering, delivering a 3.25" barrel and a polymer frame finished in black. As part of the 24/7 Pro DS line, it was designed with a focus on carry-friendly size while preserving capacity and control.
The DS (restrike) system provides striker-fired SA/DA operation with double-strike capability. The Pro DS feature set includes a manual safety and decocker, along with a firing pin block, trigger safety, and a loaded chamber indicator. The Taurus Security System adds a key-operated lock with a visible key port on the slide.
Sighting is via fixed 3‑dot irons with a dovetailed rear, and the slide is cut for the rear sight dovetail. The dust cover includes an integral accessory rail with a single cross‑slot ahead of the trigger guard. The grip uses Taurus Ribber texture for purchase.
Capacity is up to 15+1 rounds, and this pistol comes with two magazines: one 15‑round extended-base type and one 11‑round compact/flush type. Factory markings include "MADE IN BRAZIL" and importer stamp "TAURUS INT. MFG – MIAMI, FL – USA."
