This Palmetto State Armory SABRE-15 stands out with its FDE finish, forged aluminum receivers, and extended free-float M-LOK handguard. It features a 16 inch barrel with an open-tine three-prong flash hider, an ambidextrous extended-latch charging handle, and PSA's CCS 6-position stock with QD sling cups. Part of PSA's premium Sabre series introduced in 2023, it is marked MADE IN U.S.A. with manufacturer markings from West Columbia, S.C., and the upper shows an "A" forging mark.

The SABRE-15 uses a direct-impingement, semi-automatic action and a 16 inch barrel capped with an open-tine three-prong flash hider. The barrel is threaded, and the rifle feeds from standard 30-round magazines for a total capacity of 30+1.
Its extended free-float FDE M-LOK aluminum handguard has M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock and a continuous Picatinny rail at 12 o'clock. No sights or optics are installed, allowing the user to configure the top rail as desired.
Forged aluminum receivers include a forward assist, shell deflector, and ejection port cover. The upper displays an "A" forging mark, and the rifle carries PSA Sabre logos along with MADE IN U.S.A. markings and the manufacturer mark PALMETTO STATE ARMORY, WEST COLUMBIA, S.C.
Controls and furniture are purposefully configured: an ambidextrous extended-latch charging handle, a manual safety selector, a PSA CCS 6-position collapsible stock with integrated metal QD sling cups, and an FDE textured polymer pistol grip. The FDE/tan receivers, handguard, grip, and stock contrast with black small controls and receiver extension for a clean, modern look.
