The Pro SD Compact configuration pairs a compact frame with a 4.6 in carbon steel barrel that is extended and threaded 1/2x28. The barrel features polygonal rifling and a stepped chamber, and both barrel and slide receive a Tenifer treatment for corrosion and wear resistance.
The slide is optics cut and includes deep SuperTerrain forward and rear serrations for confident manipulation. A mounted GRITR aluminum adapter plate is already installed. Factory tall, adjustable iron sights with an orange-dot front allow co-witness with enclosed emitters or use with a suppressor.
Walther equips this model with the flat-faced Dynamic Performance Trigger and a striker-fired action that incorporates a trigger safety blade and three internal automatic safeties. Controls include ambidextrous slide stop levers, and the grip uses Walther’s Performance Duty Texture with interchangeable backstraps. A flared magwell funnel marked PDP speeds reloads.
