The 18.5 in tapered, round, unthreaded alloy-steel barrel has a recessed crown and excellent rifling, supported by Ruger’s two-screw V-block attachment. The classic 10/22 blowback action and right-side charging handle deliver the familiar handling this model is known for.
The aluminum-alloy receiver wears a dark protective finish and is drilled and tapped, with a scope base already installed. Iron sights include a ramped front blade and a folding-leaf rear, giving clear sighting options out of the box.
The hardwood stock follows the carbine pattern with a straight comb, semi-pistol grip, and barrel band. It has sling-swivel studs and a curved metal buttplate, with a 13.5 in length of pull that suits a wide range of shooters.
Controls and features include a cross-bolt safety, right-side ejection, and the 10-round flush-fit rotary magazine system. A single takedown screw simplifies field maintenance.
Notable installed parts include a Power Adjustable Sear Hammer Kit, a Yellow-Jacket auto bolt release, and a Yellow Jacket rubber buffer rod, complementing the rifle’s already smooth operation and user-friendly controls.
