The M3K Freedom Series configuration is purpose-built for fast handling and efficient reloads. Its factory 10+1 extended magazine tube reaches near the muzzle and is finished with an end cap for secure control. The relieved loading port and polished feed ramp are set up to speed loading under time pressure.
Controls are competition-sized and easy to run. An oversized blue bolt handle and enlarged blue bolt-release provide confident manipulation, even with gloves. A cross-bolt safety sits at the rear of the trigger guard, and the shotgun uses an inertia-driven, semi-automatic action known for clean operation.
The 24 inch vent rib barrel is marked for 2 3/4 or 3 inch shells and wears a red fiber-optic front bead for quick sighting. The receiver is roll-marked "M3K" over "Stoeger M3000," and the barrel is marked "12 GA - 3 - FOR 2 3/4 OR 3 SHELLS (12-76)."
