The pistol is in very good overall condition with a clean bore and excellent rifling.

The G17 Gen 3 pairs a 4.49 in nitrided steel barrel with a hardened steel slide, delivering the well-known reliability of Glock's Safe Action system with three internal safeties. Chambered in 9mm Luger, it offers a 17+1 capacity and the full-size handling that has made the G17 a standard for duty and range use.
Gen3 frame features include finger grooves, raised thumb-rest contours, and a single-slot Glock accessory rail. The left-side, small magazine release provides the familiar Gen3 control layout many shooters prefer.
Sighting is via a polymer white-dot front and a white-outline U-notch rear. The slide uses rear-only vertical serrations for consistent manipulation.
Markings include Austrian proof marks on the slide and the "MADE IN AUSTRIA / GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA." import line. The barrel hood is marked "9x19," and the frame bears Austrian-made markings. Matching serial placement is present on the frame, slide, and barrel.
Dimensions are practical for a full-size service pistol: 8.03 in overall length, 5.47 in height, and 1.26 in width. The frame is Glock's high-strength polymer with steel rail inserts—front rails on the removable locking block and rear rails on the trigger mechanism housing—supporting the steel slide assembly.
