It has the early narrow Type I barrel band without bayonet lug and with an integral sling loop, later adjustable rear sight with windage knob, a round bolt, and a manual safety. The hardwood low-wood stock with an oval sling/oiler cut and two-rivet handguard are complemented by a checkered steel buttplate.

    What’s Included

    • Inland Mfg M1 Carbine chambered in .30 Carbine
    • 1x 5-round steel detachable box magazine (short pattern)

Built by Inland Mfg in the United States in 1943, this M1 Carbine is a WWII-era semi-automatic that uses a gas-operated short-stroke piston with a rotating bolt. The receiver bears the U.S. military marking "U.S. CARBINE CAL. .30 M1."

The carbine retains the early narrow Type I barrel band without a bayonet lug and with an integral sling loop, paired with an 18 inch barrel. It carries iron sights with a fixed-blade front sight protected by ears.

Later arsenal-upgrade features are present, including an adjustable sliding aperture rear sight with windage knob (range scale to 3), a round bolt, and a manual safety.

The hardwood furniture consists of a low-wood stock with an oval sling/oiler cut and a two-rivet top handguard. The stock is a replacement marked NPM and stamped with the Ordnance wheel, and it is finished with a checkered steel buttplate. Length of pull measures 13.0 inches.

Capacity is 5+1, and this carbine includes one 5-round magazine.
