The HD C3.6 belongs to Staccato’s HD series and is sized for carry with a 3.6-inch barrel and a compact double-stack grip module. Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 15+1 capacity, it retains the 2011 platform’s single-action trigger system while delivering a smaller footprint.
Construction centers on a steel slide and barrel matched to an aluminum-alloy frame to balance durability and weight. The polymer double-stack grip module features aggressive texture for a secure hold. Controls are ambidextrous/bilateral, and safety features include ambidextrous thumb safeties and a firing-pin block.
The slide uses a tri-top/flat-top profile with scalloped top cuts, plus front and rear serrations for confident manipulation. It is cut with a rear optic host plate and a HOST-compatible layout that keeps the forward-set rear sight in place when an optic is installed. The pistol runs an external extractor and a captured flat-wire recoil spring.
Sight picture comes from dovetailed iron sights: a high-visibility green-dot front paired with a black square-notch rear, positioned forward on the slide.
