This carbine operates via a semi-automatic blowback system with a dead-blow tungsten weight designed to moderate bolt travel and felt recoil. The aluminum-alloy receiver wears a Type III hard-coat anodized finish for durability.
The interchangeable magazine-well system expands flexibility. It is currently set up for Glock-pattern magazines (G9/G40 insert installed), and the sale includes the Ruger SR/Security-9 magwell module for easy swaps.
