The M18 configuration pairs a compact 3.9 in barrel with a coyote-finished, stainless steel slide and matching polymer, carry-size grip module. Front and rear diagonal slide serrations aid manipulation, and the slide includes an optic cut with a rear sight plate installed.
Steel, dovetailed sights include a single-dot front and a rear sight housed in the separate plate unit; the rear sight is marked with height code 8. The integral MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail features four cross-slots for mounting compatible accessories.
Controls are fully ambidextrous for the manual safety and slide catch, and the magazine release is reversible. The striker-fired, locked-breech, semi-automatic action is built around the modular, removable FCU, supporting the P320’s well-known adaptability.
Capacity is 21+1 with the included 21-round magazines, and one 17-round magazine is also provided. The factory steel magazines use polymer baseplates and are marked Made in Italy. This pistol was manufactured in the USA, bears SIG’s commercial M18 part number 320CA-9-M18-MS, and shows matching serial information between the FCU window plate and the case label.
