The Light Infidel configuration uses a 13.7 in barrel paired with a pinned and welded Noveske KX3 (Flaming Pig) to reach an approximately 16.4 in legal barrel assembly length. The barrel is threaded 1/2x28 under the permanently attached KX3, and the rifle is chambered in 5.56mm NATO.
Controls and internals are premium throughout. The rifle is fitted with an upgraded Geissele SD-E two-stage, flat-bow trigger and a Noveske Super Badass ambidextrous charging handle. The selector is clearly marked SAFE/FIRE and the action is semi-automatic, direct impingement.
The forend is Noveske's NSR-15 M-LOK free-float aluminum handguard with a continuous top Picatinny rail. Furniture includes a Magpul SL collapsible stock with integral QD sling socket and a Magpul MOE-K2 grip. Flip-up front and rear iron sights are installed.
