The Glock 23 Gen 3 is a compact .40 S&W built on Glock's proven striker-fired Safe Action system with three internal safeties. The Gen3 frame features finger grooves and a pebble-textured surface for secure handling, plus the Glock Universal single-slot accessory rail for mounting a compatible light or laser.
The 4.02-inch steel barrel is cold hammer forged with polygonal rifling and a nitrocarburized finish. The slide wears a matte black finish with rear serrations and retains fixed polymer sights: a white-dot front and a white-outline rear notch.
This example has a custom slide milling for a micro optic, and it comes with a blank cover plate installed. The modification provides an optic interface while preserving the use of the factory sights when the cover plate is in place.
It is Austrian-made with the correct import marking on the slide and has matching serial numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel. The pistol operates via short-recoil, locked-breech Browning-type action and carries a 13+1 capacity in .40 S&W.
