The PTR 91 uses a stamped/welded steel receiver and the proven roller-delayed blowback action. It retains the HK-pattern left-side forward charging handle and a metal SEF-marked trigger housing for familiar controls and durability.
Sighting is handled by a protected front sight tower paired with the rotating diopter rear sight. A welded Picatinny top rail provides a solid, continuous mounting surface.
The 16.25-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with a multi-port muzzle device. The rifle includes front and rear sling attachments for carry flexibility.
OD green polymer stock and pistol grip give the rifle a purposeful look and grip, including a fixed stock with a 14.5-inch length of pull, an OD-green pistol grip, and a slim G3-style, ventilated tan/FDE polymer handguard. Capacity is stated at 20+1.
