This full-size, Government-length 1911 is chambered in .45 ACP with a 5-inch barrel and an 8+1 capacity. It uses a non-railed dust cover and a standard magazine well opening for a classic 1911 profile. The frame is steel with a dark matte finish and is marked "CABOT GUNS, SARVER, PA."
The slide is pattern-welded Damascus steel with a raindrop/woodgrain motif and both front and rear cocking serrations. A star motif is featured on the recoil spring plug, adding a distinctive touch to the build.
Controls follow a left-hand configuration with right-side controls and left-side ejection. Safeties include a manual thumb safety and a grip safety. The pistol is equipped with an aluminum trigger featuring lightening cuts and a commander-style skeletonized rowel hammer.
Grip and handling details include checkering on the front strap and mainspring housing and high-figure burl wood grip panels. Sights are a low-mount black square-notch rear paired with a white-dot front post for a crisp, unobtrusive sight picture.
