Made in the United States, this G21 Gen4 carries "USA" on the slide and "MADE IN USA – GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA" on the frame, along with U.S. proof-style symbols on the barrel hood. The slide and frame insert share matching serial numbers; the barrel is unnumbered and marked "45 Auto" with U.S.-style proof symbols.
Gen4 features include the rough-textured frame with finger grooves and Modular Backstrap System mounting points, giving the frame a secure, consistent purchase. The enlarged, reversible magazine release supports either left- or right-handed operation.
The pistol uses a dual recoil spring assembly and a striker-fired Safe Action system with a standard factory trigger pull. The full-size frame houses standard 13+1 capacity in .45 ACP.
The 4.61-inch barrel uses Glock's polygonal rifling with a 1:15.75 twist. Factory fixed polymer sights include a white-dot front and a white-outline U-notch rear, and the slide has rear serrations. A single-slot accessory rail on the dustcover accepts compatible lights or other accessories.
