This Custom LW Liberty carries core 1911 dimensions with a 5-inch barrel and full-size frame, chambered in .45 ACP. The slide is steel over an aluminum-alloy frame, both finished in matte black, and the frame is marked "TROY AL USA."
The slide is outfitted with front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered/flared ejection port. It uses a standard barrel-bushing muzzle with a closed-end recoil spring plug, maintaining the classic 1911 pattern.
Fixed, dovetailed sights front and rear offer a straightforward sight picture. The pistol has a grip safety and a frame-mounted manual thumb safety, a skeletonized commander-style hammer, and a skeletonized three-hole trigger.
Ergonomics include a smooth front strap paired with a vertically serrated mainspring housing for purchase, plus red/black textured synthetic (G10-style) grip panels. The frame has no accessory rail, keeping the profile clean and traditional.
Rounding out the package are four 8-round magazines and factory accessories, including the Kimber box with matching label and a Kimber-branded soft range bag.
