The frame is fiber-reinforced polymer with molded stippling and interchangeable backstraps, and the controls include a factory ambidextrous slide stop and a reversible magazine catch.

The P-10 F configuration delivers a 19+1 capacity in a full-size format with a 4.5 in barrel, offering a longer sight radius and a stable grip profile. The barrel is cold hammer forged and finished in nitride, and the muzzle is standard and non-threaded.
The nitride-finished slide uses diagonal serrations at the front and rear for positive manipulation. The fixed luminescent 3-dot sights provide a bright reference under ambient light. The slide is the standard non-optics-cut configuration.
The fiber-reinforced polymer frame has molded stippling with the CZ logo and includes interchangeable backstraps in S/M/L to fine-tune fit. An integral accessory rail with two cross-slots supports common weapon lights or lasers. Controls include a factory ambidextrous slide stop and a reversible magazine catch.
The striker-fired system incorporates a trigger safety with an integrated safety lever and a firing pin block. Markings include MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC CZ and CZ-USA, HARTFORD, CT. This pistol has matching serial numbers on the slide, barrel hood, frame, and import plate. A CZ OEM hard case is included; it is not factory-matched to this pistol and bears a different make, model, and serial.
