It features a 22-inch spiral-fluted, heavy-profile barrel with a 1:8 twist and black-nitride treatment, a non-reciprocating left-side charging handle, and a 20-position adjustable gas block. The rifle is finished in Flat Dark Earth with a monoforge upper, fully ambidextrous controls, a Magpul PRS adjustable stock, and a Geissele SSA-E two-stage trigger.

Built on the R.E.P.R. MKII-SC platform, this rifle uses a short-stroke gas-piston system paired with a 20-position adjustable gas block, enabling fine-tuning across ammunition and shooting conditions. The nickel-boron coated bolt carrier supports smooth cycling and easy maintenance.
The 22-inch steel barrel is spiral fluted, heavy profile, button-rifled, threaded, and black-nitride treated for durability. A multi-port muzzle brake is installed. The 1:8 twist is optimized for popular 6.5 Creedmoor bullet weights used in precision shooting.
Controls and ergonomics are refined for practical use. It features a non-reciprocating left-side side-charging system, fully ambidextrous controls including the safety selector and magazine release, and a Geissele SSA-E two-stage trigger. The Magpul PRS stock provides adjustable length of pull and cheek height, paired with an LWRCI-branded pistol grip with LWRCI logo and distinctive texturing.
The monoforge upper integrates a full-length 12 o'clock Picatinny rail over a free-float Flat Dark Earth handguard with large oval ports for ventilation. Markings include "R.E.P.R. MKII-SC 6.5mm CREEDMOOR" on the upper; the shared MKII lower is marked "R.E.P.R. MK II 7.62x51 NATO." This example also comes set up with a benchrest-style bipod mounted via an MDT interface block.
