    What's Included

    • Marlin Model 336-A .30-30 lever-action rifle

Built in 1950, this Model 336-A has the early waffle-top anti-glare receiver top. The solid-top, side-eject action includes a right-side loading gate. The left receiver wall is drilled and tapped for a receiver sight or side mount, and no top drill/tap scope holes are observed.

The 24-inch round steel barrel is paired with open sights: a ramped front sight and a semi-buckhorn rear with a stepped elevator.

The walnut stock set features a pistol-grip profile, checkering, and a long rifle-style fore-end with a nose cap. An aftermarket white line ventilated recoil pad is installed, yielding a 14.0-inch length of pull. Front and rear sling swivel studs are also installed. The metal wears a classic blued finish.

Under the fore-end, a partial-length (two-thirds) tubular magazine provides a 5+1 capacity in .30-30. Manufactured in the United States, this configuration highlights hallmark Marlin design elements from the period.
