Built on the AKM platform, the Draco Micro uses a gas-operated long-stroke piston with a rotating bolt. The stamped-steel receiver includes riveted trunnions and a smooth top cover, staying true to AK design while delivering a highly compact form factor.
The 6.25 in barrel is threaded and fitted with a birdcage-style flash hider. Sight bases include an integrated front sight/gas-block unit and an AK rear sight leaf (see photos for current configuration).
Controls are classic AK: a paddle-style magazine release, a right-side charging handle, and a manual safety/selector with S and F legends. It accepts detachable double-stack AK-pattern 7.62x39 magazines and has a 30+1 capacity.
Furniture consists of a hardwood one-piece fore-end with a hand-stop profile and a polymer AK-pattern pistol grip. Receiver markings include DRACO, and the pistol carries Century Arms import marks from Georgia, VT.
