This customized Glock G45 Gen5 brings together a direct-milled Jaegerwerks RMR-pattern optic cut on a factory non-MOS slide, a Parker Mountain Machine Ultra Comp/Barrel setup, and tall-height iron sights. It features custom grip stippling, an aftermarket extended slide stop/release, and PMM branding on the slide and compensator. The crossover G45 configuration combines a compact-length slide with a full-size frame, and this example includes matching serials on the slide and frame.

This G45 Gen5 retains the proven Glock foundation while adding purposeful upgrades. Its crossover layout pairs a compact-length slide with a full-size frame, delivering the familiar handling of the G17-sized grip. The slide is finished in black with front and rear serrations for confident manipulation. It is Austrian-made and uses Glock’s Safe Action system with a reversible magazine release.
The Parker Mountain Machine Ultra Comp/Barrel system is installed, featuring a threaded PMM barrel and a two-port PMM compensator. The slide and compensator carry PMM branding. This setup is cleanly integrated and complements the pistol’s 9mm chambering.
The factory non-MOS slide has been direct-milled by Jaegerwerks for an RMR-pattern footprint, and it includes a fitted cover plate. Tall-height iron sights are installed and align well with the compensated configuration.
Frame work includes custom grip stippling that provides a consistent, high-traction texture. An aftermarket extended slide stop/release is installed for positive control. The pistol retains a reversible magazine release and an accessory rail on the frame.
Capacity is 17+1, and this pistol comes with two 17-round Glock factory magazines. Notable details include matching serial numbers on the slide and frame, underscoring a cohesive build.
