The slide follows Beretta’s open-top pattern with a top rib and a blued finish that matches the frame. Factory markings include "PIETRO BERETTA GARDONE V.T. CAL. 22 L.R." on the left side and "MADE IN ITALY" on the right, underscoring its Italian manufacture.
Sights are straightforward iron sights: an integral ramped front and a low notch rear dovetailed into the slide. Grips are black checkered plastic with the Beretta logo, providing a secure hold in a classic style.
