This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 M4 Carbine MOE is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 with a 16 inch M4-profile barrel marked "5.56 NATO 1/7," a carbine-length gas system, and classic A2 front sight base. It features Flat Dark Earth Magpul MOE furniture and a flat-top A3 upper with forward assist, dust cover, and shell deflector. It ships with a Hexmag HX AR Series 2 magazine and includes an installed MOE accessory rail section on the handguard.

The 16 inch M4-profile barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2 birdcage flash suppressor. It is clearly marked "5.56 NATO 1/7" and uses a 1:7 twist to stabilize a wide range of 5.56mm projectiles.
Sighting is handled by a fixed A2 front sight base paired with the included polymer flip-up rear sight. The carbine-length gas system delivers the familiar M4-style operating feel.
The rifle wears Magpul MOE FDE furniture, including a carbine-length drop-in handguard and an adjustable MOE carbine stock, plus a textured FDE polymer pistol grip. A delta ring and round handguard cap secure the handguard, and a MOE bolt-on accessory rail section is installed on the bottom.
The flat-top A3 upper includes a forward assist, dust cover, and shell deflector. The lower receiver is rollmarked "PA-15 MULTI." This semi-automatic, direct-impingement rifle uses a manual safety and has a 30+1 capacity. One Hexmag HX AR Series 2 magazine is included.
