The CheyTac CT15F is a forged-aluminum AR-15 pattern rifle chambered in 5.56mm NATO, built with a 16 inch 4150 CMV barrel treated with a QPQ/nitrided finish and a mid-length gas system. It features a slick-side flat-top upper without a forward assist, a full-length 1913 Picatinny rail that bridges the receiver and handguard, and a 14.75 inch CheyTac M-LOK free-float handguard with integrated QD mounts. The rifle wears a tan/desert-tone receiver finish with a black collapsible stock and B5 Systems polymer pistol grip, and includes a safety selector.

The CT15F uses a semi-automatic, direct-impingement action with a low-profile gas block and a mid-length gas system tuned for the 16 inch barrel. The threaded muzzle is fitted with an A2-style flash suppressor.
Its flat-top slick-side upper deletes the forward assist while retaining a shell deflector and ejection-port cover. A continuous 1913 top rail spans the receiver and handguard to support alignment of mounted accessories. No sights are included.
The 14.75 inch CheyTac M-LOK free-float handguard and forged aluminum receivers provide a rigid foundation. Integrated QD sling sockets on the handguard add sling attachment options without extra hardware.
Controls include a magazine release and a safety selector. Furniture consists of a black collapsible polymer stock and a B5 Systems polymer pistol grip. The receiver carries the CheyTac winged logo on the magwell, with markings reading "CHEYTAC USA / HUNTINGDON, TN" and "MOD CT15F / CAL MULTI."
