A barrel-mounted rear sight is present and the rifle includes a slip-on Allen camouflage buttstock cover.

The 10/22 Carbine configuration delivers the familiar 18.5 in stainless steel barrel with a 1:16 RH twist and a plain crown, matched to an aluminum alloy receiver with a factory black coating. The hardwood stock has a 13.5 in length of pull, a pistol-grip profile, a black buttplate, and a barrel band.
Sighting options are flexible. A barrel-mounted rear sight is present, and the rifle comes outfitted with a Simmons Blazer 3-9x40 scope in 1-inch rings on an installed scope base. The scope uses a duplex crosshair reticle and is mounted to a receiver that is drilled and tapped.
The semi-automatic blowback action feeds from Ruger’s 10-round rotary magazine system for a 10+1 capacity. Controls include a cross-bolt safety with right-side ejection. This configuration reflects the proven 10/22 layout known for practical handling in .22 LR.
