This Smith & Wesson SW1911 E-Series is a full-size, Government-pattern .45 ACP with a 5.0-inch bushing barrel and all-stainless construction. It features the E-Series fish-scale cocking serrations, top anti-glare serrations, an external extractor, and checkered frontstrap and mainspring housing. Fixed low-profile sights are paired with a dovetailed Trijicon H3 11 front sight, and it includes two 8-round magazines and the factory case.

The E-Series treatment defines this pistol: front and rear fish-scale cocking serrations provide a secure grasp, and the slide top carries anti-glare serrations. The external extractor is part of the E-Series design, and this example is marked S&W Houlton, ME USA with the right-side slide warning "CAUTION CAPABLE OF FIRING WITH MAGAZINE REMOVED."
Built on a stainless steel frame and slide with brushed flats and matte rounds, this full-size 1911 retains the classic single-action-only operating system. The frontstrap and mainspring housing are checkered for consistent purchase, and the checkered wood grips carry the E-Series motif.
Sighting is handled by fixed, low-profile sights with a dovetailed Trijicon H3 11 front and a two-dot rear. The fire-control setup includes a skeletonized, three-hole trigger and a skeletonized Commander-style hammer.
