The Wrangler pairs an aluminum alloy frame finished in Burnt Bronze Cerakote with a black, unfluted carbon steel cylinder for a distinctive two-tone look. The standard black checkered synthetic grips carry Ruger medallions.
Its 4.62-inch steel barrel is cold hammer-forged with a 1:14 RH twist, and the fixed blade front sight and integral rear notch provide a straightforward sight picture. The bore condition is excellent with sharp rifling.
This revolver operates single-action only and includes Ruger’s transfer-bar safety and a loading-gate interlock. Capacity is six rounds of .22 LR.
The grip frame follows the Single-Six pattern, accepting Single-Six grip panels and fitting holsters made for 4-5/8-inch Single-Six models. This example is the Burnt Bronze variant, manufacturer part number 2004, made in the USA and manufactured in 2019.
