This Shield Arms SA 15 is a U.S.-made AR-15 platform rifle configured with a chrome-lined, MP-tested 16" M4-profile barrel, a flat-top T-marked upper, and classic A2 F-marked front sight base. It comes ready with a carbine-length aluminum quad-rail, a six-position M4-style stock, and useful accessories including a folding rear BUIS, two 30-round PMAGs, and a two-point sling.

The SA 15 uses forged aluminum receivers finished in matte black anodizing, paired with a flat-top upper that features a T-marked Picatinny rail for precise accessory positioning. A forward assist and an ejection-port dust cover are present. Operation is direct impingement.
The 16" steel barrel is carbine-gas, M4 profile, and marked "5.56 NATO 1/7 MP CL PALMETTO." It is chrome-lined and MP tested, with a 1:7 twist to stabilize a wide range of 5.56/.223 projectiles. The muzzle is threaded and fitted with an A2 birdcage flash hider secured by a crush washer.
Sighting equipment includes a fixed F-marked A2 front sight base and a detachable, folding rear BUIS with an elevation knob. The flat-top upper allows straightforward sight alignment with the A2 front post.
Furniture includes a carbine-length aluminum quad-rail handguard with numbered index marks, a six-position M4-style collapsible stock, and a textured polymer pistol grip. The lower is marked SA 15 with SAA Tacoma, WA and CAL: MULTI, and the selector shows pictograms for SAFE and FIRE. Capacity is 30+1 with the included magazines.
