The M77 Hawkeye action uses controlled-round feed with a large claw extractor and a three-position safety. This system provides positive cartridge control from magazine to chamber and a secure mechanical safety on the bolt shroud.
The 26 inch heavy-profile barrel is 4140 chrome-moly steel, cold hammer-forged with 5R rifling and a 1:8 twist, and is free-floated for consistent barrel harmonics. Factory 5/8x24 threads accept the included multi-port brake, and the thread protector can be used if the brake is removed.
The laminated target stock features an adjustable cheekpiece, spacer-based length-of-pull system, a vertical grip, and a broad, flat fore-end to track steadily on bags or a rest. The brown/black speckle finish matches the rifle’s receiver and stock for a uniform appearance.
A one-piece 20-MOA Picatinny rail sits on the receiver for secure scope mounting. The rifle accepts Ruger AI-style magazines, and this example includes a 10-round polymer magazine marked ".308 Multi-Caliber." Approximate weight is about 11 lb for added stability during slow-fire strings.
