The Compact configuration uses a 3.9-inch barrel and a medium-size compact-length grip module, delivering a 15+1 capacity in a reduced overall footprint while retaining duty-ready handling.
Its modular design centers on a serialized, stainless-steel fire control unit visible through the frame window. This chassis system is the legal receiver and forms the core of the P320 platform.
The pistol is striker-fired with a curved, smooth-faced trigger. Controls include ambidextrous slide catch levers and a left-side takedown lever. There is no external manual safety.
The matte black slide features front and rear serrations and a solid top with no optic cut. Sights are 3-dot contrast units set in dovetails: a white-dot front and a two-dot rear.
A black polymer frame houses the FCU and provides an integral M1913/Picatinny accessory rail on the dustcover. The internal receiver is stainless steel, and the pistol is made in the USA. Mfg part number is 320C-9-B.
