The PMR-30 pairs a 30+1-round, flush-fit double-stack, double-feed magazine system with a lightweight build that is approximately 14 oz unloaded. Chambered in .22 WMR, it offers a compact 4.3 in barrel with an overall length of 7.9 in, a height of 5.8 in, and a width of 1.3 in.
Its operating system is a single-action, hybrid blowback/locked-breech design. Reliability features include dual extractors and captive dual recoil springs with a polyurethane buffer. The open-top slide further complements the design.
Construction is robust and purpose-built: a glass-reinforced nylon grip and slide cover, an internal aluminum receiver, and hardened steel for the slide, barrel, and barrel block. The pistol presents a two-tone finish: a matte blued/dark gray steel slide paired with a black polymer grip and slide cover.
Sighting is fast and visible thanks to fixed fiber-optic sights: a dovetailed, drift-adjustable green front and a fixed rear with two orange inserts molded into the slide cover. Controls include an ambidextrous manual safety and a heel-type magazine release. An integral under-barrel Picatinny accessory rail provides mounting space for compatible accessories.
