This 1976 Winchester Model 94 Carbine in .30-30 pairs classic top-eject operation with a 20 inch round barrel and full-length tubular magazine. Made in New Haven, Connecticut, it features Winchester Proof Steel, factory iron sights, straight-grip walnut furniture, and Winchester oval WP proofs on both the barrel and receiver ring. Sling-swivel hardware has been added for practical field carry.

Bore Overall Condition: Good - Clean, well-maintained, minor wear marks.

Widespread patches of pitting and rust are present. The receiver finish is almost entirely worn with visible blemishes. The walnut stock and forend show scratches and handling marks.

    What’s Included

    • Winchester Model 94 Carbine rifle in .30-30
    • Installed sling-swivel hardware: fixed buttstock sling loop (wood-screw base) and band-mounted front swivel

The carbine configuration delivers the quintessential Model 94 profile: a 20 inch round Winchester Proof Steel barrel, two barrel bands, a full-length tubular magazine, and a straight-grip American walnut stock. The receiver is the post-1964 alloy type with a plated/blackened finish and top-eject design.

Factory sights include a hooded ramp front and a semi-buckhorn rear with elevator for quick, practical sighting. The standard lever loop, exposed hammer with serrated spur, and carbine-style banded forend round out a familiar and functional setup.

Winchester oval WP proofs are stamped on the barrel and receiver ring, and the barrel is marked Winchester Proof Steel. The buttstock wears a shotgun-style black checkered buttplate with the molded Winchester Repeating Arms logo.

Manufactured in 1976 in New Haven, Connecticut, this Model 94 represents the 1970s production era. Capacity is approximately 6+1 in .30-30, with a 13.5 inch length of pull for a traditional carbine fit.

Practical upgrades include installed sling-swivel hardware: a fixed buttstock sling loop (wood-screw base) and a band-mounted front swivel, ready for the buyer to add a sling of choice.
