The SPEC 15 is a semi-automatic, direct-impingement AR-15 built by Black Rain Ordnance in the USA. Its 16-inch barrel is marked "5.56 NATO 1:7" and features a threaded muzzle fitted with an A2-pattern birdcage flash hider. The 1:7 twist supports common 5.56 loads and heavier bullets.
The flat-top upper receiver includes a forward assist and case deflector, while the ejection-port cover interior is engraved "LET IT RAIN!" A low-profile gas block keeps the sight plane and handguard lines clean. Selector markings read SAFE/FIRE/FULL, with the third position being cosmetic.
A free-float aluminum handguard is engraved with BLACK RAIN branding and biohazard logos, adding distinctive identity while providing a rigid, lightweight interface. The rifle uses a collapsible stock and an A2-style polymer pistol grip for familiar ergonomics.
Feeding is via a STANAG magazine interface, and capacity is 30+1 with included 30-round Magpul PMAG. The rifle is configured without sights, ready for the owner to set up to preference.
