The Vanguard action features a right-hand, two-lug bolt with a 90-degree lift and a swept polished bolt handle. Feeding is via an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate and an internal release. Capacity is 3+1, and the receiver is drilled and tapped.
The 24-inch barrel is fitted with a multi-port muzzle brake. There are no iron sights. Sling swivel studs are installed front and rear, and a black sling is attached.
The rifle includes a Barska Varmint 6.5–20x AO riflescope, mounted in two-piece bases and rings. The scope’s adjustable objective and large objective lens provide fine focus and a bright sight picture at higher magnifications.
The stock is a black synthetic Monte Carlo design with molded checkering and a recoil pad. Length of pull is 13.0 inches. A three-position, right-side safety provides versatile control.
