The BBR 3.10 pairs a compact, bushingless bull barrel with slide and barrel porting, rear slide serrations, and a dual-spring recoil system with a reverse plug. The configuration is purpose-built for a short-slide .45 while keeping the mechanism Series-70 in layout with no firing-pin block.
Controls and ergonomics include a single-action-only fire control with an aluminum skeletonized trigger, a skeletonized commander-style hammer, a beavertail grip safety, and a thumb safety. The wide-body grip frame feeds from double-stack magazines and features a flared, wide magazine well opening for smooth reloads.
Sights are iron and dovetailed: a serrated front blade and a fully adjustable, low-profile two-dot rear. The slide and frame are carbon steel with a matte Parkerized finish for a uniform, non-glare exterior.
The grip treatment uses textured G10-style panels with checkering on both the frontstrap and mainspring housing. Dimensions are tuned for concealment and control: 6.75" overall length, 4.50" height, 0.92" slide width, and 1.48" grip width. Empty weight is 33.5 oz.
