This Russian-made Saiga is an RWC Group import from the final pre-sanctions era and carries the correct markings: "MADE IN RUSSIA BY IZHMASH," Cyrillic "САЙГА" rollmark, Russian proof/acceptance stamps, and the RWC Group LLC, Tullytown, PA importer mark. The rifle uses the classic stamped AK receiver with magazine well dimples and a 90° gas block, and it retains the right-side receiver optics side rail.
An Embach Armory front-end conversion brings the rifle to an AK-100/103 pattern. The 16.3-inch threaded barrel is fitted with an AK-103 two-chamber muzzle brake, and the original cleaning rod is in place. Iron sights include a protected post front and an adjustable AK tangent rear, providing a familiar and robust sighting setup.
The furniture set is U.S.-made and marked "US" for 922(r) compliance, consisting of an Arsenal handguard and fixed stock. Item information notes a Meridian Defense pistol grip; the rifle currently wears a Hogue OverMolded grip as installed. A FIME Enhanced Trigger is also noted for the fire control group. Length of pull measures 14.0 inches, and the stock includes a rear sling swivel.
Chambered in 7.62x39 with a 30+1 capacity, this Saiga operates on the long-stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt. It includes one 30-round US Palm waffle-pattern polymer magazine. The combination of Russian manufacture, pre-sanctions RWC import status, and the AK-103–pattern front end make this configuration especially noteworthy.
