This custom build starts with a 2019 Ruger 22 Charger receiver and upgrades it with an Enoch Industries ODIN 6061-T6 aluminum chassis and a Tactical Solutions X-Ring 10/22 threaded 16.5 in barrel with compensator. The OD-green, fluted 0.920 target-profile barrel, collapsible stock, AR-pattern A2 grip, and Monstrum receiver-top Picatinny rail create a purpose-built .22 LR that accepts Ruger BX-series magazines and runs a right-side 10/22-pattern charging handle.

Built on a 2019 Ruger 22 Charger receiver, this configuration centers on the Enoch Industries ODIN chassis. The 6061-T6 aluminum chassis features a slotted fore-end and a buffer-tube interface for the collapsible stock, providing a solid foundation that accepts Ruger BX-series magazines and uses a right-side 10/22-pattern charging handle.
The Tactical Solutions X-Ring 10/22 threaded 16.5 in barrel with compensator is OD green and uses a 0.920 target profile. It is fluted and aluminum-sleeved with a button-rifled steel liner, combining light weight with a rigid bull-profile exterior. The 1:16 twist suits a wide range of .22 LR loads.
The muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 and currently fitted with a compensator/muzzle brake. This setup pairs well with the barrel’s bull profile and fluting, adding functional control at the muzzle while retaining the clean OD-green finish.
Furniture and controls are straightforward and familiar. The collapsible stock rides on a buffer-tube extension for adjustable length of pull, and the AR-pattern A2-style pistol grip provides a consistent hand position and includes a grip plug. There are no iron sights installed; a Monstrum-branded receiver-top Picatinny rail is in place for optics mounting.
The semi-automatic blowback action, ODIN slotted fore-end, and aluminum construction keep the system durable and easy to handle. Made in the United States, this custom Charger blends proven 10/22-pattern compatibility with thoughtfully chosen upgrades.
