This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 is a classic AR-15 pattern rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 16-inch M4-profile barrel and a 1:7 twist. It features a carbine-length gas system, a flat-top upper with Picatinny rail, and a pinned A2 front sight base. The rifle is in very good condition and includes a detachable rear sight and a 30-round Magpul PMAG Gen M3 magazine.

The 16-inch steel barrel is marked 5.56 NATO 1/7 and follows the M4 profile with an M203 step. It uses a carbine-length gas system and a threaded muzzle, pairing proven AR-15 geometry with a fast twist rate for common 5.56 NATO bullet weights.
The flat-top upper provides a Picatinny rail and includes a forward assist and ejection port cover. A delta ring assembly secures the carbine-length, two-piece polymer handguards. The pinned A2 front sight base integrates a bayonet lug and a front sling swivel.
Furniture includes a collapsible, adjustable polymer stock and a Magpul MOE pistol grip, all in matte black. Length of pull is 13.5 inches, offering a familiar carbine fit.
The rifle uses the STANAG-pattern magazine interface with a 30+1 capacity. Receiver markings read PALMETTO STATE ARMORY, WEST COLUMBIA, S.C., and the rifle is made in the USA. A manual safety is standard.
