Distinctive X-Series-style slide serrations, lightening windows, and U.S. flag rollmark round out a configuration that is both rare and purpose-built.

The Heritage Edition is a limited-run release that revives the original full-dust-cover, 4.15-inch Staccato P layout and features a special limited-edition serialization format. It is designated as rare and collectible in this configuration.
Its 4.15-inch, bushingless bull barrel is DLC-coated and paired with the Dawson Precision tool-less recoil system for straightforward maintenance. The pistol is a 2011-platform, single-action-only design.
The steel frame carries a full-length dustcover and a multi-slot Picatinny accessory rail. Controls include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with memory pad. A flared magazine well, skeletonized trigger with lightening holes, and a skeletonized commander-style hammer support fast, consistent handling.
The slide uses X-Series-style front and rear cocking serrations with lightening windows on the top and sides. Sighting is via a green fiber-optic front and a black square-notch rear for a clean, precise sight picture.
Capacity is 20+1 with the included 20-round magazine, and two 17-round magazines are also provided. Markings include a U.S. flag rollmark on the right side and a frame underside marked with “STACCATO • FLORENCE, TX USA,” confirming manufacture in Florence, Texas, USA.
