The Convertible designation reflects a dual-cylinder configuration for .22 LR and .22 WMR, paired with a fluted six-shot .22 LR cylinder and an unfluted six-shot .22 WMR cylinder, and single-action-only operation with a transfer-bar safety. The 6.5-inch barrel supports precise sighting with its ramped front blade and fully adjustable rear sight.
Construction pairs blued alloy-steel barrel, cylinder frame, and cylinders with a black-anodized aluminum grip frame (trigger guard/backstrap). The hammer and trigger are left in the white. A full-length ejector rod housing with a crescent ejector button rounds out the classic Single-Six layout.
Ergonomics are true to the model's roots, with smooth hardwood plow-handle grips set with Ruger silver eagle medallions. Capacity is six rounds, with one fluted .22 LR cylinder and one unfluted .22 WMR cylinder.
