The P30S V3 uses a DA/SA system with a spurred hammer and a rear-mounted decocker, giving the shooter traditional double-action first-shot capability with quick decock control. As the S-variant, it includes ambidextrous manual thumb safeties. Ambidextrous slide release levers and a paddle-style magazine release complete the fully bilateral control setup.
This compact model has a standard-length 3.86 in barrel and a polymer frame with a modular grip that accepts interchangeable backstraps and side panels for a tailored fit. Dovetailed 3-dot sights and front and rear slide serrations support fast sight alignment and confident slide manipulation. The pistol wears a matte black finish.
Capacity is 15+1 using steel double-stack magazines. An extractor-based loaded chamber indicator provides a red witness when a round is present. An integral accessory rail on the dustcover allows attachment of compatible accessories.
Made in Germany, this example carries CIP N and Ulm stag antler proofs along with the DE country code, and the BK two-letter date code indicating 2019 proof. The HKI – Columbus, GA import mark is present. The slide, barrel, and frame share matching serial numbers.
