This IWI US Zion-15 stands out as a US-made, mid-length gas AR-15 featuring a 16-inch 4150 CMV barrel, a 15-inch free-float M-LOK handguard with IWI logo, and B5 Systems furniture. It includes a mounted Monstrum optic on a riser, an installed multi-port muzzle brake/compensator, and an M-LOK QD sling mount. The Zion-15 uses a direct-impingement, mid-length gas system with a rotating bolt and is built on AR-15 pattern receivers. It feeds from STANAG-pattern detachable magazines and has a stated capacity of 30+1.
The 16-inch barrel is made from 4150 chrome-moly-vanadium steel with a 1:8 RH twist. It is button-rifled and threaded, and this rifle has a multi-port muzzle brake/compensator installed.
Furniture includes a B5 Systems adjustable 6-position stock with QD sling socket and a B5 Systems pistol grip. The free-float 15-inch aluminum M-LOK handguard carries a continuous top Picatinny rail with the IWI logo, and a QD sling mount is installed.
The aluminum-alloy receivers feature right-side ejection, a case deflector, forward assist, and dust cover. The selector is marked SAFE/SEMI, and the upper receiver bears an "A" forging mark. This rifle was manufactured by IWI US in Middletown, Pennsylvania.
