It is optics-ready with an RMSc/ROMEOZero footprint and ships with iron sights, a flat XSeries trigger, and a matte black finish. Made in the United States, this example comes with two 12-round steel magazines and the factory case and manual.

The XSeries grip module provides an extended, X-length profile with a slight magwell flare, allowing flush-fit use of 12-round magazines for a 12+1 capacity in a micro-sized package. The polymer frame includes a single-slot SIG-type accessory rail on the dust cover.
The slide features front and rear diagonal serrations and an optic cut with a removable cover plate. The footprint is compatible with RMSc/ROMEOZero-pattern optics. The cover plate integrates the rear sight when no optic is installed, and iron sights remain standard.
A flat-faced XSeries trigger and striker-fired action deliver a consistent trigger press. This configuration is the non-manual-safety variant.
Dimensions stay carry-friendly: approximately 6.0 inches overall length, 4.8 inches in height, and 1.1 inches in width, at about 18.6 ounces with magazine inserted. The finish is matte black on both slide and frame.
Factory markings include "P365" with the "X" logo on the slide, "SIG SAUER" and "9mm x 19" on the barrel, and "NEWINGTON, NH USA" on the frame. The model is identified by mfg part number 365X-9-BXR3P.
